Commercial law regulates business relationships between organisations and individuals.  Well constructed agreements help manage, control and interpret the expectations and obligations of all parties.

We help clients identify and prevent worst case scenarios and try to eliminate the likelihood of major confrontation.   Our approach provides a communication mechanism to promote agreement.  It also provides a mediation process to resolve any disagreements that may occur.  This helps maintain confidence and goodwill in commercial transactions and relationships which is essential to on-going business.

Gareth and his team advise on employment contracts which should be in place for every employee.   In addition, many of our clients require our help with service contracts for directors (executive and non-executive) and contracts for services with self-employed contractors.

He also helps prepare written records of the shared expectations and obligations of company shareholders, business partners and members of LLP’s and advises on key issues of importance to business owners when buying and selling businesses.
