Mediation
Sometimes, it is better to try to settle the case before commencing litigation. DWT offer advice on a range of dispute resolution techniques to help you settle your claim without the expense, stress and delays of going to court.

Mediation is a way of resolving disputes by using an independent third party. The third party is not a judge and neither party has to accept the solution and can instead choose to litigate. They can also withdraw from the mediation at any time.

mediation is often a good idea because it is less expensive than litigation, saves the parties the delay of litigation, enables the parties to achieve settlement of their dispute while preserving their existing commercial relationships and market reputation, provides the parties with a wider range than those offered by litigation. mediation is dealt with in private, as opposed to litigation which takes place in open court.
