If the terms of the lease have been agreed but completion of the lease will not occur immediately, the parties may choose to have an agreement for a lease. The agreed form of lease is to be annexed to the agreement. If the tenant wishes to carry out works, an obligation may be included in the agreement for the lease that the landlord will enter into an agreed form of licence for the works.
